we failed her this year. no gold. no bronze. no silver. nothing. we really disappointed her this year, her last year in moscow. im gonna listen to wat she said. take this as a cabaran. no gold doesnt matter. but we must maintain. we should at least get smth back. not nothing. ppl put high expectation on volleygal team. we as the team member have to jaga nama of our volley team.

our own team MATLAMAT is the thing she stressed on the most. in case i will forget, i gonna write everything down here coz i love volleyteam very much. i cant bear to see sadness in our team anymore. MATLAMAT: we, volleyball girl team should have our own matlamat. we cant let outsiders even boy team even the head of contigent to interfere our decision n even our training and our matlamat coz only we know wat is our level and wat we want and wat we need.

no offence if anyone feels offended. all i said here are all good intention. coz we love volleyball team. we need to have our OWN CHEMISTRY.

今天终于看完了VAMPIRE DIARIES SEASON 1

恨不得赶快看到season 2!!

在戏里面学到了一句话：

" our actions are what set the motions, but still, we have to live with that."

对呵，

一个人当下做的每一个动作

都会带来一个结果的

这个结果可能影响到自己

也可能影响到别人

比如说，

我今天迟睡明天就没有精神

走路去上课时因为没有精神就不小心撞到人

那个人如果是孕妇呢

被我撞到跌倒了压到她肚子里的baby

导致她腹部剧痛或者甚至流产

那个baby有什么三长两短就是我的错了

甚至一个小生命就因为我昨晚迟睡就因此结束了!!!

天啊！好可怕哦！

可能我举的这个例子有点太超过啦！

ok...我举另外一个例子：

我隔壁房间的人很爱抽烟

每天不懂要抽几十包

他抽烟污染他自己的肺我管不着

但是那些二手烟偏偏又飘到我的房间来顺便污染我的肺

吸6年这样的二手烟空气不懂会减短我多久的生命

这样的例子好像有点离题了

不好意思

但是聪明的人应该还是懂我要讲什么的对吧

结论：

每件事情的发生都有它的因果在的

当然我们人类无法预测现在做的动作会带来什么果

但是如果我们经历过了某些事情

知道了是什么因带来了这样的果

那我们就应该考虑这个因可不可以再被重复了

讲这些东西好像不是我的风格

而且我想到头脑乱七八糟了

而且我本来好像不是要讲这些的

受不了了!!

躺在床上

什么都做不了

脑袋就开始胡思乱想了！

想。。。。。。

我的人生真无趣

平平淡淡

没有起伏波动

每天就是在重复做同样的动作

情绪的敏感度也慢慢变得迟钝了

像朋友那样dramatic的生活

看起来紧张又刺激

但我想他们精神上应该累透了吧

所以唉

有时候平淡也是一种幸福

至少我没有烦恼

头发不会变白

四月一日

时间在转眼间就来到了四月
前几天还在抱怨都三月尾了
天气怎么还那么冷啊？雪怎么还不融啊？

呵呵，好像白操心了。
一夜之间，路边的雪不见了一大半，
看着绿褐色的地球，感觉粉怪的，
毕竟已经看了5个月的白色地球。

最近发生了很多事情。
3月29日：莫斯科地铁炸弹事件（正好是cherrie的生日）
3月30日：在巴士站遇到扒手

在巴士站的扒手事件已经不是第一次了
已经发生了好几次，
连扒手的照片都有拍到了，
但是由于冬天都穿的厚厚的，
样子都不太认得。
更过分的是，
她们因为扒不到东西，
没有收获，把气出在我们学妹的身上，
听说被打得嘴唇流血了。
可怕~

那天呢，
她们（据说是游牧民族）出现在我们要搭巴士回家的时候，
当大家排队要上巴士时，
她们就好像也要上巴士那样，
一直往前挤，和前面的人贴得近近的。
她们不是一个人各自行动，
而是几个人一起围着一个目标，
拼命挤拼命贴，
然后趁机把手伸进包包里拿东西。

那天的情形不太记得了，
只记得我隔壁的朋友捏我的手一大把，
然后就闪到队伍外面，
我脑袋一时转不过来，
四处望望，
发现前面有几个染着奇怪头发颜色的女生，
紧贴着我前面要上巴士的朋友。
当时满紧张的，
又不能太明显的警告我那朋友，
只好用华语叫她小心自己的包包。

那几个扒手跟到上巴士了却还得不到手，
就放弃我那朋友，
下巴士寻找下一个目标。
她们的目标好像都是亚洲人，
尤其是我们亚洲女生。
她们下巴士后又到队伍后面假装排队，
其中一个较矮小的女生故意接近我，
我一时紧张一时要避开又不可以太明显，
怕激怒她们被她们打，
我就紧抱着我的包包转身要离开，
只听见那个女生说了几句我听不懂的狠话，
另一个女生抬起手来作势要开打，
我加装看不到掉头往另一个方向走人。
逃了出来，事不宜迟，立刻走人！
最后我们快步走路回家了。
走着的时候，
我不断回头看，
怕她们会跟上来，
结果从远处看到她们应该是有了收获快速逃跑的背影，
这时才松了口气。

唉，
现在的世界真乱。
地铁爆炸的事情不用我讲大家都懂，
现在连去学校都有危险，
真是活在一个很糟糕的社会，
真想哪里都不去，
就躲在家里。
但这只是一时的想法啦，
没有地方是完全安全的，
就算回到马来西亚也一样。

看似很好，但也只是寻欢作乐的朋友
看似亲近，但却只是表面上的亲近
看似熟悉，但在以为熟悉的时候才发现原来自己不懂的还很多

很希望可以找到一个可以和我掏心掏肺的朋友
难，很难。。。

曾经一度以为，
我们已经是互相交心的朋友，
原来只是我自己一厢情愿。

看到你对我保持的距离，
虽然表面上并没有很大的距离，

To all the women :

HAPPY WOMEN'S DAY!!!^^

8th of March is Women's day...surprisingly in Russia, they celebrate it and the best things is it is a public holiday!!!! woow!! this is the ever best present for me!! hehe...

nth much today...juz celebrate with my gals...cook our own recipe of carbonara...vegetarian version..hehe...taste not bad though...^^thx to our best cook..Cherrie and Alice...and also co-cook.. Xjie, Me and Lkheng..*winkwink*after that, we watched a movie tgt..."72 tenants of prosperity".. kinda outdated edi i know..hehe..but watching with the gals..is really fun^^

so..this is mainly wat we did to celebrate our day..simple but happy^^as we always do..

ohya, today i received the 2nd rose in my life..from a guy i dont really know..but i think it was actually from cell group..he was juz sent it to me n wish me..it is a red rose..

roses..hmm..gals usually like them rite? any gal doesnt like roses? dunno..but i dun have any special feeling in receiving roses la...maybe it is not amaze enuf and depends on the person who gives too...hehe...

one more thing, why i've more interest in Girl's Generation than Super Junior?? I AM A GIRL!! shouldnt i suppose to love to see guys more than see gals?? hmm... im a weird person huh... weird..

卡车大联盟！

俄罗斯大半年都是冬天
都三月了，
雪很固执都还没融
昨天更惨，
三月竟然还在下雪！
气候真是无常啊，
今年的雪比去年真的多了很多。

当雪真的多到多到
掩埋了马路的边边
阻碍到交通顺畅了
让马路身材变瘦了
卡车大联盟就来了！！

卡1：用铁手把路边的积雪铲下来
卡2：用铁扫把铲下来的雪扫到路中间
卡3：用铁畚斗把雪扫到它的大大大畚斗里
卡4：紧接着卡3从上面接下卡3运输到后面的雪

#卡3和卡4的组合很可爱，好像卡3有个消防车的云梯斜向后面，把雪运上去，卡4就在后面紧紧粘着卡3，接着从卡3掉下来的雪。

我第一次看到这情景，很兴奋。
但俄罗斯的小姐们，
难道你们也是第一次看吗？
连我都躲到后面去了，
你们还站在马路边，
等雪块不小心从卡4上掉下来时，
才大喊大叫，
幸亏没有直接砸到头咧。

俄罗斯还是很冷，
还处于冬季的状态。
地球真的生病了，
前几年还在讨论地球暖化，
现在我们的地球竟反常地冻结了。

地球只有一个，好好爱她吧！

i've been back in msia for almost 3 weeks....

recalling what i've done in this 3 weeks...
-hang out with Kheow Bin's frens
-Wilson's bday party
-met up with Pei Xin
-paid a visit to Chong Hwa
-shopped a lot
-bought a lot
-watched Avatar ( the 1st movie i watched since i got back)
-settled ATM card problem
-bought a new baggage
-bought almost everything i want to bring back
(xcept my shoes n heels...)

well,
shopping is the biggest part of my holidays..
but i muz sqeeze out some time for the....

THINGS MUZ BE DONE:
1) meet up with Mr. Pig and give him his present
2) hang out with 46th prefectorial board (P.B.) miss them so much!!
3) get back to Carrefour to buy tat shoes i want!!!
4) change battery of my watch
5) watch Big Little Soldier

THINGS TAT I WISH I COULD DO:
1) buy a heels ( i wanna look taller, oso can look nicer in jeans,haiz..)
2) copy tat stupid microb notes which i haven't even started yet
3) find a scholarship (checked on Yayasan Selangor & Sime Darby, but Sime Darby never sponsored medical student while Yayasan Selangor supports only some specific degree/diploma from specific college/university.)
4) hang out with yuemun, sm they all but this is juz a wish...havent start plan oso...i think i wont have time for this...

其实是长针眼啦~

小时候，
不懂谁告诉过我说，
长针眼的人是因为偷看别人洗澡，
所以老天这样惩罚他。
多谢那个人的误导！
害我不敢告诉妈妈我长针眼了！

想想自己也是很笨蛋咯！
长针眼跟偷看别人洗澡有什么关系啦！
况且我又没有偷看！
真的！！
亏我还是个医科生！
天啊~

还好，
我没有一直被那个人误导下去。
上网查了一下，
原来长针眼是因为热气所造成的。
而且在中医里还分成很多种噢：

风热外袭型
热毒上攻型
脾胃伏热型
脾胃虚弱、时感外邪型

饮食治疗的方法呢
不外乎就是银翘散、金菊、野菊、王老吉。。。
多喝水，不熬夜，通便顺畅。。。
不要吃煎炸辛辣的食物。。。

太好了，
明天妈妈应该就会买我最爱的椰水给我了^^

好了，
应该要早点睡觉，
不然针眼不会好。

之前还想说和如敏他们去templer park玩水的说
后来因为每个人不得空就取消了
还有点失望的说

但是咧
昨天老天让我有个机会到那里去了
虽然也是湿着回来
但我不是去玩水

爸爸的手机在他砍竹的时候掉到水里了
瀑布里的水流得蛮急的
不懂被水冲到哪里了
他找不到

爸爸回来后告诉我
我就建议再回去找过

换了件较深色的衣
就出门了
去的途中
老天还不客气的给我下雨
老天啊～

冒着雨
滴滴答答地打在头顶上
踩着石头
滑溜溜的水冰冰的
手一直在石缝间摸索

你知道

但又必须用赤手去摸索

是我胆小吧。。

放假咯！！！

大学六年的第一难关终于闯过了！
从第一年就担心的这一科，
学了3个学期的知识，
画了3个学期的细胞组织，
看了3个学期的显微镜，
把3个学期学到的这些
在短短的一个月内（可能更短）
从笔记脑袋里翻出来，
拼了命的刻印在脑袋上，
换来了不错的成绩。

不错不错
蛮开心的

但是我所获得的这一切，
并不代表我聪明。

我不聪明
我很笨
如果我聪明多点
我就会早点开始准备
这样现在我的脸上就不会多了几颗痘痘
和挂着一双熊猫眼了。

wat happened ytd was juz so amazing!
after many days of preparation,
finally comes to the day we tat we fear the most.

my emotion wasnt good the day before exam
Vincent came n told us his experiences in the exam hall
i was totally lost after listening
felt like i cant answer even a complete question
my feeling was really terrible tat time
altho i didnt show it
but it was really bad

i decided to take a bath to calm down myself
in the bathroom
water washed off all my worries and negative emotions
i came out with strong inspiration again
coz i knew, exam is not juz about knowledges
is about strategics, lucks and intelligences as well
[due to Russian funny exam system]

well,
my strategic was...
go as early to the exam hall as early i could
grap the front place so that i can have more choices on those variants
[russian funny system to have lots variants of exam questions]

next,
my lucks...
i couldnt know hows my luck until i finish my exam
juz pray hard all the time
that i could get my own anat teacher for my oral test

then,
intelligence...
im not an intelligent gal
but this time i had little intelligence in my brain
assumed a few questions that i might choose
focus on all those questions
imagine wat teacher would ask me on those questions
study all the related topics
coz we have too many questions
so i prioritize the questions i might take

after all these thinkingS
i clear with wat i want and how to get it
so prepared everything according to my plan
to make sure my plan works
i gave up my sleeping time
tat was so suffering to see my roomie sleeping on her bed
luckily i had the other roomie accompanied me whole night

went for a walk with Alice juz now. holding shauma ( russian's kebab) in our hands leads to frostbite. well.. we went to Sindbad to buy a shauma which we had longing for it since last week. den we decided to have some fresh breath in the park coz we have been sitting in our room for many days and wat we see are books and laptop.

in the park, snow reflects the colour of sky makes it looks blue. no sound pollution. no air pollution. ppl strolling with their doggie (doggie wears jackets too). ppl skiing. children sliding down from the snow slope. the environment is peaceful. like it. except the temperature. FYI, it was -17C.

thinking of finals in 4 more days. feel scare. i told Alice, i hope tat i can skip the exam period and my life can still go on. she replied, then u will have no results. yaa. it's true. no matter how things changes, still have to face it. so, i wanna pass it. if i get a 3, i will definitely feel sad.

had a talk with mamie & baba juz now. cousin sister is getting marry. so my family is going back to Johor this Sunday. so nice. i miss my hometown too. nvm, coz im going back soon^^ baba keeps on reminding me to eat more fruits. buy more and keep in the fridge. ok~i will buy alot when i go out next time.^^ mamie taught me how to cook those vegetarian food as i didnt cook them always. still left a lot in the freezer. =.= ok~i will cook them after my finals n treat my frens.^^

but i wonder, do i have enuf time to do these after finals??! i will spend most of the time in shopping complex^^hehe..gonna buy my cny new clothes here^^buy my brother a topshop jumper if the price is acceptable. buy my little sister biscuits as she requested for it. and for mamie & baba. secret^^ haha. actually still thinking. many things flew thru my mind. and i did think bout it almost every night before i slept. except last nite. coz my mind was occupied by those nervus plexus. @.@ anyway, i did think of sth for them edi. juz worry whether i got the time to shop for them one by one onot.haha.. however, thinking of it edi makes me feel excited!!^.^

i think. i really think i should post something here now.

well.im juz back from vball training. seriously, vball is the only thing i could released stress now. but also make me come back with muscle pain on every part of body. especially the neck and shoulder. maybe have been sitting at home for too many days. didnt exercise at all. why? study lo. really can feel the stress among 5 of us. facing Anatomy exam in 5 more days. we even revising what muscles and what arteries on our thigh when we were doing stretching. lolx~

dont know what bad luck we had today. 5 of us, only Lk didnt get whack by ball. me, haha..kena twice. somemore the ball hit my head ( at the FRONTAL LOBE) and my left cheek ( luckily my MANDIBLE still joining with my MAXILLA). what a LUCKY day. balls all shooting towards me.
think besides pray for my exam, gotta pray for my luck as well.

speaking of exam...haiz...i really should stop watching the One Million Star. somemore im watching season 1. not the latest season 6. lolx. coz my roommie strongly recommend this to me. and i cant resist the attraction of watching it. it really nice. seeing those guys crying in the end of almost every episode triggers my LACRIMAL GLAND to works too. ( damn, i havent read the sensory organs chapter yet.T.T ) Yoga & Aska really awesome!! Peter Pan is handsome!! TaoZi is cute and funny!! ^^ oh my~i cant stop. i want to stop. i have to stop!! do u think i can stop?? haiz...perhaps juz pause it until 21/1...yes. pause!

多到不懂要从哪里开始呵。。。

好。。。

上个星期六
就是我们大学一年一度的interbatch game啦
但是这个game只是for RSMU Malaysian students的
为什么呢？
我也不懂。。
可能因为我们和俄罗斯人真的没得比吧
先说明
我只是说运动方面哦！
因为在学业方面，
连老师都大赞我们比俄罗斯学生更好哦！^^

讲回interbatch game...
女排比赛在下午5点才开始
但是我们5个下午3点就去会场了
为什么呢？
哈哈
为了看男排咯

大家不要误会哦
我们只是支持性的看比赛
并没有特别意思哦

在去年的排球uniteam里，
女排和男排的感情已经蛮不错了的
时不时都会有聚餐啊，玩牌的，
为了增进感情，培养默契嘛
（虽然男排和女排之间不用默契啦）
哈哈
但是我们每次练球都男女一起练
很多技巧都是他们教的
所以我们的关系很好
好像兄妹那么好
嘻嘻

所以咧，
大哥哥们比赛，
妹妹们哪可以不去支持啊？
但是咧，
我们表示支持的程度也有点点过火的
有时啦只是有时有点太兴奋
尤其是看到他们杀球时
简直是叫到。。。叫到破音都有！
哈哈哈！

他们看到我们这么支持
也不会忽视我们的尖叫声的
特别是N，杀了一粒很美的球后
还会转过来给我们个胜利的表情

昨天学校发生了一件好笑的事：

早上的课上不到一个小时
广播就在走廊上响起
要所有在大学里的人全离开大楼到外面的空地去
不到十分钟，
外头就挤满了很多人。

不久后，
又有广播，
让我们先回家，
下午两点后才能回到学校继续上课。

步行回家的路上，
看见消防车，警车都来了。
心想应该是不懂哪栋楼发生火灾吧？
又或者这只是火警演习？
（到了大学也有火警演习的吗？）

下午回去上完课后，
问了问老师，
原来是，
有人为了逃避考试所以报警说学校有炸弹！

无言。。。。。。

我们的大学全是医科生，
当中竟然有这样的医科生。。。
那以后在医院不想救人时，
是不是就会报警说医院有计时炸弹啊？

倒数3天就考完试了，
倒数7天就可以回家了。。。

开心兴奋时必备的心情，
但由于上个星期就开始生病到现在，
还在咳嗽，
担心，在机场应该不会被扣留吧。。。
那该死的H1N1还在肆虐，
听说大马已出现了第12宗病例，
可恶。。。
害我回大马还要担心一大堆的事情。。。
在机场还要一直带口罩。。。

这几天，
发生了一些不开心的事情，
被宠坏的我，
开始担心，
再这样下去，
恐怕我会失去某个对我非常重要的人了。。。

被爱惯了，
现在有种感觉，
好想用心好好去爱一个人，
想做爱人的人，
不想让他难过了。。。

well...it has been a long time since my last post...n pls give me big applause to welcome me back...luckily,im still alive...

the last 2 weeks were nightmare for me..but i believe the future will be getting worse...before physics final which was last wednesday, we were all stressing out one by one...need to play some sports to relax tat time...the physics final test paper was a miracle..i was lucky enuf to get the variant tat i know 80% of the questions^^ but if u ask me the question again now, i will juz shake my head n say "i dunno"... haha...

we got to know our physics result on the following saturday..I proudly say tat i got 5 which there r only 8 person out of approx. 100 got 5..and...my scores is the highest in 1st year..AMAZING?!!ya...it is amazing...i can only say:UNBELIEVALBE!! i think i was blessed n very lucky...thx God~

the following test was Russian oral test n i got 5 for tat..next is Histology sensory organ test..it is an interesting topic n im a bit confident in it n i got 4-..which im already satisfied with it...^^the following test is Anatomy sensory organ which ended today..last nite we had study group in our room n had Vincent as our tuition teacher...i studied until 5.30am den bumped into cherrie's bed ( coz she was sleeping on my bed)...at 9.14am, 3 of us jumped out of our bed n started to rush in n out...FYI, our class supposed to start at 9am sharp n it already started...By the time we reached there was edi 10am...luckily Ludmila din piss off n juz let us start our test ORALLY...haiz...i failed to answer some of the questions coz i nvm tot she will ask bout tat...but at last i managed to win back some marks based on the question of lacrimal gland reflex n tr. vestibulospinalis...forcefully she gave me 3+ n gave me credits on my zachut book...which means...i had collected 4 credits so far...^^hehe...chemistry n History of medicine will get aftomat n Russian written test will be this Thursday n Biology on Wednesday...T.T

have no idea how to start Bio...

felt regrets for always doing physics lab works during Bio lecture...haha...
seems like i will be killed by bio this time...X.X

anyway, thinking of going back to msia on 30th of June...is the motivation for me to study^^

终于熬过了近期内最艰难的考试
两个星期以来
心灵上担心害怕
但实际动作却没有很大
前两天熬夜的结果。。换来。。。
一脸的青春痘
疲劳的身躯
破碎的心
几滴还没被人看见就已蒸散掉的透明液体。。。

昨晚请来了小老师
聪明的小老师解开了我们所有的疑惑
但考试过关拿好成绩还是不是读书一天两天就能做到的

前晚半夜3点起来读到天亮
每天去上课都把Sapin Human Anatomy带着
书包都重得把我们压垮了
昨天只让眼睛休息2小时
脑袋似乎没有休息到
就这样
带着这样的精神状况上战场了

其实，
老师给的题目我都会
整体上都答得还好
但我却败给了Muscles
特别注重这部分的她看到了一点的错误
真的只是一点哦
就立刻把我的分数跳过4降到3。。。。。
还希望我在学期结束前找机会重考肌肉这部分
把分数拉高。。。

看来，
这场仗没有这么容易结束
要死也不给我死得快点

April's bufday...it's me^^
a bufday full of surprises...this was my first bufday in a foreign country n without my family accompanying me...and i couldn't forget tat on tat day Ludmila was planned to give us anatomy and histology colloq on the topic of Nerve Tissue...tat was the hardest topic i ever seen and the contents about our brain n spinal cord really drove me crazy...this was a very important colloq for us...i tot my frens won't be able to celebrate my bufday with me...so i was like...totally not expecting anything on tat day...coz they said will celebrate later when we go to Volgames...

Surprisingly,they gave me a big BiG BIG surprise 2 days earlier...

after tat,on the day b4 colloq n my bday,our group decided to postpone the colloq to friday...another present for me^^so i can study for few more days...hehe...

after the earlied celebration,i tot nothing will happen on tat day...i tot...i tot... tat means something did happen...haha...my dear roommates woke me up fr my dreamland n presented a small cake bar with big candle infront of me...2nd time blown on candle...another 2 gals which is Alice n Xjie suddenly appeared with big chocolate cake n big candle...tricky gals...haha...so i had blew 3 times of candles in 1 year of bday...=.="haha

vball practice as usual..but this time we keep on changing place to play...

first we played infront of semirami(a russian bar)...there is a very big spacious empty parking lot there..first first when we were playing..a gal(not like russian but she cant speak language other than russian) joined us in playing vball...honestly she play quite ok lar...after tat, a guy frm dunno where suddenly appeared and wanna join us too...to show politeness we juz let him joined.. who knows...other of his frens came too...they couldn't play in proper way n made the ball flied everywhere...den i noticed most of them had a knife with them..den i told my frens with the language which they dunno la of coz...damn scary...dunno when they will show their knife n ugut us with watever they want...n we only had 1 guy with us tat time...so we faster thought of an excuse den cabut lar...phew~~

after tat, we changed our location to the park...there we met another russian guy...=.=dunno y today we had some kinda of affinity with russian..haha..the guy asking for joining us in playing vball oso...actually we were kinda worried..but seems he was alone..so juz let him in la..who knows...he is a super pro player in vball...haha...really had fun playing with him...^^

the climax is...i accidentally hit our "sweet touch" ( the nicest touching vball) up to the roof of a building nearby...ohno!!there was no any stairs or ladder to go up to the roof..when we were about to give up..the guy passed his cell phone n started climbing up a tree next to the building..!*sweat!*tat was really kept our eyes peeled..luckily he managed to throw the ball down n landed safely..phew~he had our big big applause n invitation to our following vball training..hehe..maybe he can be our free coach..muakakaka~!

hope our following vball training can be so joyful as today...not tat stressful like ytd...^^

p/s: the dirty ball caused some kinda rashes on our hand..iiyew!dirty ball!!maybe practising outdoor is not a good idea...

life recently is awful...although my bufday juz passed...but everything seems juz stress me out... anatomy colloq, histology colloq, chemistry colloq, biology colloq, philosophy colloq, lost my precious things, not enuf of sleep every night, still have to get up from nap in the evening for volleyball practice, dance(juz quit today due to... ...dunno...)

fall sick these few days..well, i shd say, God heard what i said n fulfilled my wish..ok..thing happened like this........

Sunday nite, we were studying histology..having nerve tissue test on the next day..but ya know.. sometimes really dun have the mood to sit still infront of my table n only stare at those annoying books..this is so-called uni life..assignment..presentation..tests non-stop..sometimes really wish tat i could run away frm these..perhaps...get sick??this stupid thought keep circulating in my mind.."i want to get sick so that i can absent tmr!!"...who knows...i started to have running nose when i was still studying hard on those nerve tissue...finally i went to bed around 3am...

the next day,thing haven come yet..i went to uni as usual although i was so reluctant to go...first class was histology..test..well..i have to say..i think i had done pretty good in that test n i got a 4^^feel worthy to burn midnight oil on the previous nite..but after that, i started to feel dizzy... feel my head became heavier..even when Ludmila was demonstrating the structure of brain to us in the corridor, i cant stand properly..therefore most of the time i lean on the wall so tat i could save some strength to listen to her explaination..

after the long hard time in histo class, i decided to cut the rest of the classes n lecture..waited so long for the bus..the cold wind blew on my face made me feel more dizzy..

reached home safely, took some pills, sleep...

woke up ard 3.30pm...feel very hot but warm in my blanket...dun feel like get out of my bed coz i feel kinda pain once my skin contacts with the cold air...

last nite,feel heaty...maybe got minor fever...put a small cold towel on my forehead den sleep until this morning...feel much better now...no fever...only got flu...skipped today classes..hope to get enuf rest at home so tat can recover faster...

God really heard my wish tat nite.......
being healthy is better than being sick.......

再次拾起久违的篮球

昨晚真的超爽的！！第一次，打夜球，20年来的第一次！嘻嘻～

为了原本是今天举行的大学运动会（球类运动），本小姐参加了篮球队，代表我们first year的，去了昨晚9点的练习。。。

本以为只是轻轻松松的练下技术，怎知道和校队一起练，各year的代表都来了，30-40人，教练好像也因此兴奋起来，给我们个够够力的体能训练。一开始，跑了篮球场不懂多少圈，应该没有少于10圈，然后练冲刺，倒退跑，整20分钟没有停止的慢跑+脚部动作，传球，上篮，最后一弹板结束当然还有cool down啦～教练带我们做的cool down很周全，全身的筋骨都拉到了，一个字，爽～^^

平时打排球都没有出这么多汗，在马来西亚就会出汗啦，但来到这冰天雪地的国家，流汗是件很难得的事，昨晚总算出了一身汗。^^所以，我打算以后每个拜五晚上都去练篮球，相信是绝对健康而且会让我开心的，就算第二天早上有排球练习，我都想去出身汗！

再说，一个星期下来，星期一和星期五是最难熬的，尤其是星期五，有沉重的anatomy class & lecture。。。熬完后，打下球，出下汗，心情真的愉快轻松多了！^^

Korean Mix Rice???

last nite we had "pot luck"..but this time was a bit different.. we were trying to do Korean Mix Rice with our ownself-created sauce.. the ingredients were common: cucumber, salted carrot, salted mushroom, lettuce, cooked cabbage n chinese cabbage and half cooked egg.. the sauce to mix with the rice is..erm..a bit Chinese..We use: soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, kicap soya pekat, bijirin oil...these r so Chinese..haha..so i think we were doing Chinese Mix Rice instead of Korean.. hahaha..and i did really think b4 to mix with Marmite, TomYam paste, chili powder and watever paste i have..but Cherrie stopped me from doing tat..haha..i think it might probably ruin the taste of my rice or i might get diarrhea the next day..haha..

worst training

ytd was the worst training i ever had..not tat they train bad.. juz tat our performance was really really suck... made alot of mistakes.. no chemical within teammates.. n next saturday is the first match.. wat to do... many things ran in my mind during training.. had a stressful n failure game vs a whole guy team, our seniors, to train us up.. keep on losing marks.. n im the setter.. quite important player in a team, this makes me more stress up... some stupid ideas came in my mind.. "i cant do it, i need someone to replace me, why the former setter didnt join this year??!we will probably loss if i do more mistake... .... ......" my tears nearly drop in the middle of the game.. tried very hard to force my tears to go back in.. phew~everything ends up very bad.. my mood was bad..my teammates either.. but i tried to cheer up coz i know things will be worse if we r so down... ytd was really a bad day.. heart sad.. mood spoilt.. knee hurts.. hands bruises.. Conclusion, gotta buy some knee pad n fingers tape to protect my body.. *winks*
#see, i recovered so fast^^hehe...(ys, u muz too ya.. be tough, gal..)

those guys r really strong.. not to mention their serves.. their spike is frightening too.. hope our opponent wont be like them.. Our first game is versus the champion team of interbatch game.. this shows tat how strong they r as they r the winner in winners..haiz..cant imagine how embarrass it will be if *touch wood!!!* lose the game..

p/s: i really recovered fast..after came out frm the sport zall, i was too excited and made a snow angel with xjie*smile*..xjie..thx for companied me^^photos will be up next..hehe

p/s: monday is Women's Day, but we had physical training in the staircase..T.T

p/s: i did revise the game, it played in my mind last nite b4 i slept..

1) bend down b4 the net if i estimate the ball will kena the net

2) set the ball not too near to the net for gals

a hectic week passed again, wanna play hard in this weekend, but couldn't. coz an extremely difficult test which is anatomy colloq on the topic of joints n muscles is coming next Friday. We have to memorize all the names of muscles and joints from head to toes and every of the ligaments, functions, movements, axials, components etc etc...dun feel i can pass this colloq..

Today I passed the Histological part of Muscles colloq, passed, but not very good, im not satisfied with my answers, cant answer all her (Ludmila, our lecturer) questions.. last nite studied until almost 4am wat for??got 4- for the colloq.. someone can get the same mark as me even though the person studied less than me.. a big big failure.. studied hard, but not smart.. stupid!!!haiz~

Had experienced Ludmila's style of giving test today, orally for the whole test, ask questions that r out of my expectation. I wonder what n how she will ask in the next colloq.. better dun be so out of my expectation again. Coz really felt very stupid today to sit beside her n laugh like an idiot saying "wait, let me think, i read tat b4..." while my mind was totally blank... bad..really bad.. anyway, quite relief after passed the colloq^^

Next, some X smoker, dunno what is in his/her mind, smoked in the toilet, the only toilet outside our lecture hall(A6)!! As u know how irritating is the smell of tobacco plus it was in the toilet!!! U can imagine how suffer i was to force myself to use the toilet coz i have no other choice.. I smell like some kind of hangus thingy after came out of the toilet!
hatred!! Hatred!!! HATRED!!!!

gotta sleep early but now is already 2.21am.. tmr got volleyball training at 9.30am.. will get fine if late..10mins 50 roubles.. Vball.. FIGHTING!^^

7 hours later i might wanna hang myself coz i might feel regret of wat i m doing now.i had passed 2 subjects ytd which is chemistry n biology.n 7 hours later i will be having the last colloqium for 1st sem which is anatomy. I have been studying my notes n Atlas Anatomy since 10pm last nite. no...perhaps i shd say i have been staring at them... >.<

listening to the songs from the laptop next to me..which its owner had surrendered to those ARTICULATIO n sleeping with the books in her arms..while im still wondering why God created such complicated structure of human being..dear articulatio radiocarpea, articulatio mediocarpea, articulatio carpometecarpea, n articulatio intercarpea, n many more "articulatios".. can u guys stay in my mind till Veron finish asking questions about u guys? I will be grateful..

1st day of a new year...wat i was doing when the moment of 2009 came is...i was frying french fries with my dear gal-frens >.<

after tat we eat n drink n played cards ( i learnt a new card game from alice n cherrie--in between^^) n chitchat until 6am den 5 of us sleep together in room 9-05..due to some stupid reason ( some ppl in our hostel drunk n had a quarrel outside of our block..really dun understand y do ppl like to drink until unconscious..if unconscious never mind..the worst part is after drunk..somemore create some problem..what for??!izit those drunkers can wave off their responsibility for whatever they had done becoz they r drunk???!!! haiz...) due to this stupid reason..we dun let xjie n alice to go back down to their room which is in 4th floor..too dangerous..this oso gave us a opportunity to sleep together in a limited space but im quite happy coz i like the feeling of ------- only girls~ XD [gals: looking forward to next stay over nite..we will try to get extra mattress..haha^^]

when i woke up in the next morning..nono..i mean the same day..it was already around 1.30pm.. wow~first time in russia..haha..xjie went back to her room edi while alice still sleeping in my bed..saw her sweet sleepy face..hope she had a nice sleep..after i tidy up everything..i dumped rubbish..standing in the back staircase..looking at the white snow view..everything juz looks so peaceful..although it is a starting of a new year..nothing changes..only when we write date which will end with '09..quiet n peaceful..this is life..which have the feeling of nothing to worry..

ohya...i did made a wish when 2009 came when i was frying fries..haha..same wishes as alice.. actually is a common wish..hehe..i wish i would study harder in 2009 n not to make myself regret anymore..i dun have extra times or chances to regret..( not addicted to drama would help me alot..haha..but..it seems..need to control myself..)

i thought i would never received any christmas present here in russia
tats pretty sad for me...
coz i used to have at least 2 every year when i was in msia...

But.................................
surprisingly........................
residents of room 9-05 received presents from Santa
Santa left the present on our door step
instead of under christmas tree
coz we dun have one in our room..haha >.<
n leave a msg in msn
told us to open the door n will find sth surprisingly

see~such a modern Santa~~ >.<>

By the way,

i received my DHL parcel tat nite as well...

it was the biggest n greatest christmas present i ever had...^^

and i was free of any charges which they(DHL agent) informed me to pay (USD 275) earlier

tat was really a big relief for me coz USD 275 is not a small amount for me

Lastly,

thx to dad n mum n Lilian(my best fren in msia) for sending me parcel^^

thx to DHL for waving off my custom service charges^^

thx to the russian gentleman who helped me to carry my 25kg parcel into the lift^^

thx to whoever(perhaps our hostel guards?) for making hostel lift worked at the moment i needed it very much^^

今早起床，准备到浴室梳洗。。。

走到洗脸盆前，
发现。。。
浴缸里竟然躺着一具尸体。。。
着那可怜的小家伙躺在浴缸里。。。
动也不动。。。
是死了吗。。。？

但是，为什么他/她要睡在浴缸里。。。？
该是死了吧。。。？
我弄了很多声音，
都没有醒来的迹象，
死了。。。

我虽然很怕他/她，
但却站在那里看了很久。。。

他/她应该只有二三岁大吧。。。

我平时是多么的讨厌他/她啊。。。！

Histology colloqium

This suppose to be yesterday's post...
anyway, it's juz like the same

today we had histo test...
it's a big test...quite important...
but actually every test should be important rite?
haha
but since all of us noe tat we can resit our test if got unsatisfactory or we ownself r not satisfy with the results...
so we didnt really put full effort on it...
(maybe is only me who think like tat >.< )
this is really bad...haiz...

n our histo lecturer~
is a really strict teacher...Veron~
so again our hope to pass the test is tiny...

histology test divided into 2 parts:
A) theoretical part( written test; 30 mins)
we got 3 common questions n the last question is different for each of us
Veron said my theoritical past is QUITE good...
the "quite" is really "quite"...
so i noe she was juz wanna encourage me to study harder...
haiz....
but her comment was really out of my expectation
hoho...^^

B) pratical part (oral test; no time limit)
we hav to identify 5 slides through light microscope...
and identify 2 electronmicrograph...
Veron warned us b4 test tat we couldnt make one single mistake..
my first slide is the Stratified Keratinized Epithelium..
drawn a scheme n label it...
second slide is the Simple Pheudostratified Epithelium...
third slide is "the end~"
haiz...coz i wrong in identifying...
she juz took away my slide...
n ask for my theoritical answer sheet...
so i didnt even noe wats the answer for the slide...
sad~

In conclusion,
I failed~
All of us failed~
All of us gotta resit~
really~~~T.T

sad?a bit...
haha...

it's not easy to study medical...

anyway,

基本上，这一招很管用呵！

心情不好时，很容易被人惹火的

所以最好远离人群

去个没人认识的地方静一静

这样就不会把气出在无辜的朋友身上
但这招可能会有反效果的

一个人时，可能会胡思乱想，转牛角尖

没有人在身旁引导开解

到最后，可能会精神崩溃，越陷越深

很庆幸，我没有走火入魔 >.<

所以，我很成功的度过了emo危险期！
